Hello!

I’m Daniel, a software engineer and photographer from Sunnyvale, California.

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by how cities take shape and by the sheer beauty of the natural world. Growing up in Silicon Valley’s suburban sprawl, I wanted to experience places that looked and felt different from home. I knew I wanted to travel as much as I could once I got older.

Nowadays, I love exploring with a camera, noticing the similarities and patterns between places, and trying to wrap my head around the scale of both cities and nature. The galleries below bring together the views, details, and moments that caught my eye and that I keep coming back to.
